Level-I flaw detection standard. Internal defect detection rate above 99.9%.

Before a single ton of steel is poured, the casting process is simulated with SimCast software built on RWTH Aachen University technology, predicting shrinkage and porosity at the design stage.

Our in-house laboratory runs more than 20 instruments: a German OBLF direct-reading spectrometer for chemistry, hydraulic and impact testing machines for mechanical properties, a metallographic analyzer for microstructure, plus ultrasonic and magnetic-particle flaw detectors for volumetric and surface inspection.

Critical castings receive 100% UT coverage to Level-I acceptance standards. Certified Level II/III inspectors sign every report, and third-party witnesses (SGS, BV, TÜV, DNV) are welcome at any hold point.
