Built for the Heaviest Work
Two large foundry bases with 8 molding pits produce single castings up to 300 tons using the sodium-silicate sand molding process. Melting is powered by four electric arc furnaces (25T, 30T, 50T, 80T) and a 120T LF ladle refining furnace, supported by a 150/300T rotary-table shot blasting machine, four large natural-gas heat treatment furnaces and 30 cranes with 300T lifting capacity.
Wuhan Heavy Duty 5m and 8m CNC gear hobbing machines, a Russian 10m CNC gear hobbing machine, Russian 4m CNC vertical lathe, Qiqihar No.1 5m and No.2 8m CNC vertical lathes, ZJ 80/100 drilling machines and a Škoda 160 CNC boring-milling machine deliver high-efficiency, high-precision, high-flexibility deep machining.

Casting processes are simulated with SimCast software (RWTH Aachen technology) before pouring. A German OBLF direct-reading spectrometer, hydraulic testing machine, impact testing machine, metallographic analyzer, ultrasonic and magnetic particle flaw detectors — 20+ instruments in total — execute Level-I flaw detection standards with an internal defect detection rate above 99.9%.
Four CNC high-temperature heat treatment furnaces (12×7×5m, 8×4×3.5m, 8×4×3.3m, 13×8×5m) and an EAF dust collection system with 30,000 m² of filtration area.
Products serve the cement, shipbuilding, forging & pressing, metallurgy, construction machinery, bridges, water conservancy, power generation industries with multi-grade, multi-specification carbon and alloy steel castings.
