Forging & Pressing Industry
Forging press bodies, crossbeams, anvils and bases — the heaviest castings in any machine shop. FWD Steel Casting pours press frames up to 300 tons in a single piece, heat-treats them in 13m gas furnaces and machines mounting surfaces flat on Škoda 160 boring-milling centers.
Water Conservancy & Hydropower Industry
Spherical hinges, valve bodies, butterfly plates, slurry pump casings and gate components for dams, pump stations and hydropower plants. Cast in carbon, low-alloy and stainless steels with hydraulic pressure testing and 100% NDT for water-retaining parts.
